Richard's Philosophy

My philosophy is to keep this extremely difficult game very simple.

For many years golfers have been visiting me very confused and bogged down in “golf theory” that they have either read or heard from their playing partners.

Once I can erase these confused thoughts and re-wire the brain with the basic fundamentals required to play consistent golf, it is a pleasure to see the rapid improvement made.

My aim for each and every player is not to teach you “the perfect swing” but to teach you “YOUR perfect swing”.

His track record with younger players aspiring to enter the professional ranks under his supervision and guidance is superb with numerous players that have attended his academy now playing professionally.

His thirst for knowledge is satisfied by attending many conferences where he has observed and worked alongside some of the world's leading coaches, ensuring his methods are right up to date with the current trends used on the PGA tours worldwide.

With his first class coaching ability and a teaching academy that offers the finest facilities the RWGA guarantees you an informative and enjoyable learning experience.

I fully believe that the golf swing has to be built around your body type, not a “one swing fits all “ scenario.

Does Ian Woosnam who is 5ft 4in swing the same as Nick Faldo who is 6ft 3in? Both major winners but very different swingers.

By giving someone simple swing thoughts that can be practised even if you have limited time will allow you to be more consistent and lead to reduced scores.
